利用本實(shí)驗(yàn)室先進(jìn)的微型反應(yīng)器、快速取樣裝置和高效液相/氣相質(zhì)譜儀可以同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)胞內(nèi)代謝物濃度的測(cè)定和13C代謝流的計(jì)算,從而為以13C代謝流為核心的縱向組學(xué)整合技術(shù)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ)。并與宏觀過(guò)程生物生理代謝參數(shù)OUR、CER、RQ等相結(jié)合分析,實(shí)驗(yàn)發(fā)酵過(guò)程的全局優(yōu)化。
